Service and free features

PrimeShift provides personal shift planning. Basic calendars, entry, editing, copying, rotations, basic hours, shift alarms, widgets and manual backup/restore are free. Alarm behavior and widget sizes vary by operating system; availability follows each store listing. Apple platform software use is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.

Pro and pricing

When offered by the store, Pro includes device-calendar integration, PDF export and detailed pay/workplace summaries. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically; lifetime is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. The store checkout shows the final local price, period and conditions. There is no free trial unless explicitly offered. Future separate cloud services are excluded from lifetime access.

Cancellation, restoration and refunds

Manage and cancel subscriptions in the purchasing store; access continues until the valid expiry date. Removing the app or data does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases with the same store account; cross-platform entitlement transfers are not promised. Purchase checks need internet. Refunds and withdrawal follow applicable law and store procedures without limiting statutory consumer rights. Pro expiry does not delete saved schedules.

Records, alarms and estimates

Keep external backups before replacing devices or uninstalling. Restore replaces current records/settings; check alarms and calendar connections again. Permissions, volume, power saving and device state can affect alarms, so use a backup method for important events. Pay figures are estimates from your settings, not payroll, tax or legal determinations. Unlawful use or infringement of others' rights is prohibited.

Changes and support

We announce material feature, price or terms changes in advance and obtain required consent. If service ends, we provide reasonable notice and an export opportunity while respecting applicable refund rights. Contact support for complaints or disputes; mandatory local consumer protections and jurisdiction remain available.
