Operator and contact

PrimeShift is operated by 디지 인텔리전스 (DG Intelligence). Contact dgintelligence.support@gmail.com for support and privacy requests.

Data kept on your device

Names, shifts, personal events, workplaces, pay rules, notes, comparison schedules and settings are stored on your device. A previous recovery copy, undo history, alarm records and widget snapshots are also local. We do not operate a schedule-storage server, show ads, add advertising trackers or require a separate app account.

Permissions and calendars

Optional features request notifications, exact alarms and calendar read/write access. Sync settings are read to explain account sync status. We may read events and account labels from selected device calendars and write shifts there; the account provider handles cloud syncing. Revoke permissions in system settings. The app does not request location, contacts, camera or microphone access.

Backups and exports

You choose the destination and recipients. Files sent to Google Drive, iCloud Drive or other document providers follow their policies. On iOS, select iCloud Drive in the file picker; iCloud Drive must be enabled for your Apple account. Full JSON backups have no additional encryption and can contain pay details and notes. Backups are manual, with no automatic cloud backup or live device sync.

Purchases and external processing

When store billing is enabled, Google Play or Apple and RevenueCat process receipts, transactions, product information, anonymous app user IDs, entitlement status and technical app/device/locale/currency information to check access, buy and restore purchases. Access checks may connect at app startup. We do not send names or emails as purchase-SDK customer attributes; automatic advertising-ID collection and SDK diagnostics are disabled. Schedules, pay, notes and backup contents are not sent for purchase verification. We do not receive full card details.

International processing and security

RevenueCat and GitHub may process information in the United States and other countries. Your chosen cloud, store and email providers determine their processing locations and retention. Purchase traffic uses HTTPS. Local storage relies on OS app-storage protection, not separate backup encryption. This support website uses GitHub Pages, whose operator may log visitor IP addresses for security. We add no website analytics or advertising trackers.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you remove it. Deleting an entry does not immediately erase all recovery, undo or widget copies. To remove all local app data, first save any needed backup, then clear app storage in Android settings or uninstall. Delete exported calendars, shared files and cloud backups separately. Support messages and necessary attachments are normally removed within 90 days after resolution, except ongoing disputes or legal retention. Store and RevenueCat records follow restoration, fraud-prevention, legal needs and provider retention policies.

Your choices and rights

Email us to exercise applicable access, correction or deletion rights. We cannot remotely view, recover or delete schedules kept only on your device. Purchase-data deletion requests require minimal transaction identifiers and are handled with RevenueCat or the relevant provider; legally retained store transactions may remain. Data deletion or uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions. There is no separate app account to close.

Children and changes

PrimeShift is a work-schedule tool and is not directed at children. Minors need any parental consent required by local law. Material privacy changes are announced in the app or support pages, with consent where required. Disclosures are maintained to match the released app and its SDK configuration.
